Delicious cookie bars enjoyed at christmas time

Ingredients
  • 1 Box Vanilla Wafers Crushed
  • 2 Cubes Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Cups Shredded Coconut
  • 1 Can Eagle Brand Milk
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Tbs Peanut Butter
Instructions
  1. Mix together vanilla wafers, butter, and powdered sugar and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes
  2. Mix together coconut, Eagle Brand Milk, and vanilla. Pour over wafer crust. Bake for 15 minutes
  3. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter over medium low. Heat until smooth. Spread over coconut mixture.
  4. Let cool. Cut into squares.
