Mom's tasty lemon bundt cake that you always seem to forget about until she makes it again and you're obsessed

Ingredients
- 1/2 Lb (2 Sticks) Butter
- 2 Cups White Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 3 Cups Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- 5 Tbsp Lemon Zest
- 2 Tbsp + 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1 Lb Powdered Sugar
- 1 Stick Butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325
- Grease and flour 10" bundt pan
- Cream 1/2 cup butter, white sugar
- Beat in eggs
- Sift dry ingredients together and add alternating with buttermilk
- Add 2 tbsp lemon zest and 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes
- For icing. Thoroughly mix powdered sugar, 1 stick butter, 3 tbsp lemon zest and 1/2 cup lemon juice
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove and ice immediately
