Quick Pizza Dough

Quick rising pizza dough that is ready to go in the oven after 25 minutes!

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Warm Water
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Instant Yeast
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 2 3 Cups Flour
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 475 degrees. Place Pizza stone in oven to warm if you use one (don't need one but it helps cook it better)
  2. In large bowl (preferably in electric stand mixer bowl with dough hook) mix in the water, honey, oil, yeast, and salt.
  3. Add the flour gradually until soft dough forms and pulls away from the side of the bowl. Amount of flour needed varies so go by feel.
  4. Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes (if by hand or using whole wheat flour knead for 5-6 min)
  5. Cover bowl with a towel and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Roll the dough with a pin and shape into Pizza shape. Add sauce, cheese, and desired toppings.
  7. Bake on a preheated Pizza stone or lightly greased baking sheet for 8 - 10 minutes.
