Baked Oatmeal

Mom's delicious baked oatmeal recipe.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup White Sugar
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 3 1/2 Cups Oatmeal
  • 1 Cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Mix vegetable oil, eggs, and sugars together.
  2. Add to it, baking powder and salt
  3. Add in oatmeal and milk alternating until combined.
  4. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with fruit and nuts.
