Baked Oatmeal

Mom's delicious baked oatmeal recipe.

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup White Sugar
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
3 1/2 Cups Oatmeal
1 Cup Milk
Instructions
Mix vegetable oil, eggs, and sugars together.
Add to it, baking powder and salt
Add in oatmeal and milk alternating until combined.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with fruit and nuts.
