This Taco Soup recipe is a fall and winter staple! It’s an easy, protein packed soup full of zesty, crave-worthy flavor, plus it’s perfectly hearty and filling. It’s like chili’s soupier cousin and it’s loaded with all the best taco style ingredients!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Pounds Ground Hamburger
- 1 Can Green Beans, Undrained
- 1 Can Kidney Beans, Undrained
- 1 Can Black Beans, Undrained
- 1 Can Corn, Undrained
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
- 8oz Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 Small Onion, Finely Chopped
- 1 Package (3 Tbls) Taco Seasoning
- Fritos
- Cheese
- Sour Cream
Instructions
- Brown hamburger, add onion and sauté until tender.
- Add in all the vegetables, tomato sauce and seasoning. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
- Serve with Fritos, cheese and sour cream.
