Taco Soup

This Taco Soup recipe is a fall and winter staple! It’s an easy, protein packed soup full of zesty, crave-worthy flavor, plus it’s perfectly hearty and filling. It’s like chili’s soupier cousin and it’s loaded with all the best taco style ingredients!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 Pounds Ground Hamburger
  • 1 Can Green Beans, Undrained
  • 1 Can Kidney Beans, Undrained
  • 1 Can Black Beans, Undrained
  • 1 Can Corn, Undrained
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
  • 8oz Can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Small Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Package (3 Tbls) Taco Seasoning
  • Fritos
  • Cheese
  • Sour Cream
Instructions
  1. Brown hamburger, add onion and sauté until tender.
  2. Add in all the vegetables, tomato sauce and seasoning. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Serve with Fritos, cheese and sour cream.
