Total Time: 0 min
Ingredients
  • 18 Chicken Wings (Or About 6 Per Person)
  • 1 Tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp. Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp. Cayenne
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 357 degrees.
  2. Wash, dry and season the wings with the salt, garlic, pepper, cayenne, sugar and paprika.
  3. Spray a cookie sheet generously with cooking spray. (Mom covers the tray with tin foil first then gives it a light spray.)
  4. Place the wings in a single layer on the cookie sheet, and place in the pre-heated oven.
  5. Cook for 35-40 minutes, depending on the size of the wings, turning once.
  6. While wings are baking make the Sticky Honey BBQ Sauce found on Happea Cook (TM) by slowly simmering the sauce ingredients over low heat.
  7. When the wings are done baking (check them with a thermometer for 165 degrees), carefully spread the sauce on both sides. Or if you're adventurous, dip the HOT wings in the sauce.
  8. Put the wings back in the oven for 5 more minutes or until the sauce is bubbling. You're finished!
